Start time is 7:00 p.m. Items may be presented for placement on the Agenda at the meeting except those items relating to the Lake Padgett Estates Independent Special District which is the Parks and Recreation District.

Lake Padgett’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt is a fun holiday activity for kids of all ages. Over 1,000 eggs will be divided into three age groups, and then spread throughout the fields of Laird Park. There are also plenty of Easter themed crafts and games to round out the day. Be sure to bring your best Easter basket, and hop on over for an “egg” cellently fun day!
Civic's Residents Appreciation:
Come join us for our annual Civic's Appreciation Day! Featuring entertainment, ski-show, and games, there is something for the entire family to enjoy! While the kids are occupied with the bounce house and face painting, browse the vendor booths showcasing our neighborhood's small businesses or enjoy the live music of the Lint Rollers. Movie in the Park:
What is better than a night spent under the stars, huddled together in blankets, watching one of your favorite movies? Our family-friendly movie nights are hosted at our neighborhood park, Lake Saxon. Includes playgrounds for the kids to enjoy as we wait for the sun to set and the show to begin!
Trunk or Treat:
Residents Decorate your cars or Golf carts and fill them with goodies for a howin’ good time! Come join us for our annual Trunk or Treat! Hosted at one of our three beautiful neighborhood parks, there is plenty to see as the little ghouls and goblins parade for all to see in this family-friendly candy exchange.
